Job Description MUST BE A LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST Synergy Spine and Orthopedics, in partnership with LimbplastX Institute, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapy Director to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic and growing physical therapy department, providing top-notch care to our patients.
Oversee daily operations of the physical therapy department
Supervise and mentor physical therapy staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physical therapy programs and services
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid state license to practice physical therapy
