The Company is seeking a Head of People to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy in line with the business's growth objectives. This pivotal role involves leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding, and building talent acquisition processes and employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing people policies that foster employee engagement, development, and retention, as well as optimizing people operations, including performance management and learning and development programs. As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, the Head of People will play a key role in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development, and will be instrumental in creating a positive, high-performance culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Applicants for the Head of People position at the company should have a proven track record in leading people, talent, or HR functions within a high-growth technology environment, with a strong emphasis on hiring and developing technical talent. Experience in building or transforming people and talent functions in scaling organizations is essential, as is a deep understanding of all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The role requires the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. While not mandatory, HR qualifications or professional certifications are advantageous.
