We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about guiding clients through complex immigration matters — from family-based petitions to removal defense — and is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the immigration system with clarity and confidence. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage a diverse immigration caseload and make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Represent clients in immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, and removal/deportation defense
Draft and file petitions, applications, briefs, and supporting documentation with USCIS, EOIR, and other relevant agencies
Conduct client consultations, evaluate cases, and advise clients on available immigration options and strategy
Develop case strategies through legal research and investigation of client circumstances
Represent clients at immigration court hearings, USCIS interviews, and administrative proceedings
Stay current on evolving immigration law, policy, and agency procedures
Collaborate with paralegals, assistants, and fellow attorneys to ensure effective case management
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
1-3 years of experience in immigration law strongly preferred
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to explain complex legal processes clearly to clients
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a strong plus
Commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practice
