Structural Welder (Flux-Core) - Full Time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00/hour + $3.00 Shift Differential

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

We are currently seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our expanding fabrication shop in Cocoa, FL. Due to continued growth, our facility has recently doubled in size , adding new welding machines, upgraded metal fabrication equipment, and creating significant opportunities for internal advancement.

Perform Flux-Core welding using 1/16\" wire on carbon steel
Weld large structural components according to specifications and quality standards
Read and interpret basic welding prints and drawings
Perform basic fit-up and material preparation when required
Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
Projects You'll Work On
High-rise building construction
Aerospace and launch pad infrastructure
Heavy support structures
Large-scale commercial and industrial projects
Previous Flux-Core welding experience required
Experience welding carbon steel
Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
Strong attention to quality and safety
Additional $3/hr shift differential
Consistent overtime available, including Saturdays
Recently expanded facility with modern equipment
New welding machines and fabrication technology
