Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Summary
The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient inventory flow, merchandising execution, and adherence to operational standards. This role supports the management team in operational planning, staff coordination, and loss prevention.
Responsibilities
Supervise receiving, processing, and stock replenishment to maintain product availability on the sales floor.
Coordinate inventory counts, stockroom organization, and cycle counting procedures.
Support scheduling, training, and coaching of operations staff to meet productivity standards.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
Collaborate with store management to streamline workflows and support merchandising resets.
Requirements
3+ years of retail operations, inventory control, or stockroom experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with POS, inventory management systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to lift and move merchandise and perform physical tasks as required.
Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
