Head of Programme Management

YAI is seeking a qualified bilingual Program Supervisor to effectively lead and support an interdisciplinary team of clinical, medical, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our Brooklyn and Manhattan crisis intervention locations.
Ensuring the appropriate, therapeutically documented level of supervision in the residence, day program or community to ensure and protect the health and/or safety of the people we support.
Providing program/floor coverage, when necessary.
Attending and actively participating in the planning meeting for the people we support.
Building staff morale.
Fostering professional development through regular supervision, training, and evaluations.
Utilizing participatory management.
Fostering the Open-Door Policy.
Overseeing all financial systems, maintaining records for the people we support and program expenditures.
This includes but is not limited to medical records, treatment records, progress reports, data collection, behavior reports, incident reports, billing records, and all written communication systems.
Reporting and monitoring incidents, as well as assist with the investigative process.
Required to perform your responsibilities as they currently exist or may change in meeting the needs of the department, under the supervision of your supervisor/manager.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred
Well-developed writing skills
Highly flexible personality type
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to learn/use Workforce Management software to effectively carry out essential business processes
