Head of Project Management

We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple customer projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer expectations are met
Coordinate project planning activities, including surveys, code requirements, permitting, approvals, estimating, and project documentation
Partner with design, production, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate project execution and installation schedules
Monitor project progress, address challenges, manage scope changes, and keep projects on track while maintaining profitability
Oversee project financials, including quotes, margins, purchase orders, project costs, and final billing documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships
2+ years of project management experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, signage, or a related industry

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred ; project management certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of project coordination, construction estimating practices, contract management, and job site operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using project management or ERP systems; strong attention to detail and financial awareness required
