Recruiter Senior - Human Resources

What You'll Need to Succeed:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting

Strong ability to manage full lifecycle recruiting processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven success in sourcing diverse candidates using innovative methods

Nice to Have Skills:

Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification

Over 1 year of experience with AI-focused recruitment (Applied Research, AI Engineering, Machine Learning)

Experience in corporate recruiting spanning over 4 years

Ability to influence hiring managers and build effective relationships

Knowledge of compensation practices and broader HR hiring procedures

Preferred Education & Experience:

A relevant college degree or professional certification is advantageous

At least 4 years of comprehensive recruiting experience

Prior work with AI or emerging technologies is a plus

Experience consulting across multiple teams simultaneously

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and influence outcomes
