CNC Machinist - Travel

Travel Machinist
Per Diem/Travel Information

Employees will receive per diem pay to cover their food & lodging while in Peoria
Employees are responsible for their own daily transportation and for getting to the job site
This is a 6-month contract with potential to last 1-3 months longer
Set up and operate CNC grinders, hobbs, shapers, drills, and other machining equipment to produce precision components.
Use Siemens and Fanuc controls to run machining operations, make adjustments, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
Inspect finished parts using hand gages and measuring tools, support CMM inspections, and perform deburring and cleaning as needed.
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
Experience with gear cutting
Strong attendance, reliability, and willingness to work overtime (50+ hours/week).

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, IL.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
