Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a residential home care setting

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as ordered by physicians

Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members

Educate patients and family members on health management, medications, and care techniques

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations and standards of care

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

Previous home health, residential care, or community nursing experience preferred
