Westmag is committed to building and scaling in the U.About the role As a Technical Program Manager at Westmag, you will be pivotal in driving cross-functional programs that span design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery for drone motors and robot actuators. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery of advanced motor and actuator products.

Manage end-to-end technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and business goals.

Drive program schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and customers to align on priorities and resolve issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware, motors, robotics, or aerospace industries.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile or other program management methodologies.
• Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar).
