Prepare and Consolidate Financial Statements: Aid in the preparation of monthly statements for the corporate division in accordance with U.GAAP, including reviewing cost centers and journal entries, and consolidate financial statements for all divisions.
Prepare and review corporate balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure proper analysis and documentation is provided in support of the balances
Assist with external financial reporting: including financial statement and footnote preparation
Assist with the preparation of debt compliance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Serve as point of contact: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Masters preferred
