Position Summary: The Guidance Counselor will be responsible for academic and personal counseling for grades 9 through 12. The counselor is a member of the Guidance Team and is supervised by the Director of CSC.

Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and community members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with academic and personal counseling
Knowledge of Naviance
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of school law.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in Counseling
NJ School Counselor's Certification preferred

A background and fingerprint report will be conducted and submitted to State authorities as required by law for all personnel working within a school environment. Must be willing to undergo Catholic Diocese VIRTUS certification
