Join Our Team at K38 Baja Grill! We’re bringing the energy, flavor, and coastal Baja vibes to downtown Cary — and we’re looking for passionate Prep Cooks to join our opening team! K38 is part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group, known for scratch‑made food, a fun and fast‑paced environment, and a strong culture of teamwork and respect.
What You’ll Do
Prepare fresh ingredients daily to support our signature Baja‑inspired menu
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area
Follow recipes and portion standards with accuracy and consistency
Support kitchen operations by helping line cooks and chefs as needed
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
Previous prep or kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a desire to grow in the culinary field
