Summary The Group Facilitator is a vital member of our clinical team, responsible for planning, leading, and managing therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients in our outpatient program. The ideal candidate will have experience in group facilitation, particularly within the fields of mental health and substance abuse. Schedule Availability Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for all group sessions, including progress notes, attendance records, and incident reports, in compliance with all organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Client Engagement: Create a dynamic and interactive group atmosphere that encourages client participation, fosters mutual respect, and promotes the development of coping skills and personal growth.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including therapists, case managers, and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment through ongoing training and professional development.
QualificationsQualifications Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field, required; LSW, LAC, LPC, or LCSW licensure preferred.
