Responsibilities:
Conduct research using various internal and external sources
Examine public records to determine liabilities and legal condition of title
Analyze how liens and encumbrances impact title
Generate thorough and accurate search reports on assigned properties
Understand and communicate title commitments, legal descriptions, surveys, and other documents impacting property ownership
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Process-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma required
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous experience in title research preferred

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $40,000 - $45,000
