Healthcare Advocate

Job Overview The Patient Services Advocate is an AltaMed ambassador who welcomes and attends to the needs of all patients, creating a positive front‑office patient experience by managing expectations while demonstrating compassion and respect. The Advocate also functions as a member of the health‑care team, assisting in the delivery of patient‑focused care through excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a customer‑service agent, greeter, or receptionist (preferred).
Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
Compensation $25.00 - $29.38 hourly. Compensation may vary based on budget, experience, qualifications, licensure, and certifications. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
