Job Description At Precision MedicalBilling (PMB), we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizationalprocesses and our commitment to excellence in medical billing. As we continueto expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee dailyactivities, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence across thecompany.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic business mindset and a proven track record of managing multipledepartments to maximize productivity. This individual will play a critical management role overseeing Human Resources (HR), Administration, InformationTechnology (IT), and Finance , ensuring that PMB’s operationalinfrastructure runs efficiently and supports the company’s long-term strategic goals under theguidance of senior leadership in a collaborative andtechnology-driven environment .

While some duties may be performed remotely, candidates mustreside in the Houston area and be available to work onsite at our Houstonoffice as needed.

Oversee day-to-day operations,ensuring alignment across Finance, Technology, HR, and Administration.

Lead process improvement andsupport automation and technology adoption initiatives.

Monitor and manage budgets,forecasts, and performance metrics to guide business decisions.

Maintain consistent communicationwith managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with executiveleadership to align operations with company goals and compliancestandards.

Ensure compliance with companypolicies and industry regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance,or a related field.

3+ years of experience inoperations management or a similar leadership role.

Expertise in process improvement,budgeting, and data analysis.
