PTA - Physical Therapy

North Lake Physical Therapy has several locations serving the Portland Metro area for more than 38 years. Our philosophy is to provide the highest quality therapy through hands-on, personalized care and education. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic healthcare team in Portland. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting licensed physical therapists while ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining an efficient therapy environment.

Prepare, sanitize, and maintain treatment areas and equipment

Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic health records

Monitor and maintain therapy supply inventory

Perform administrative tasks including answering phones and managing documentation

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures

Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care delivery

High school diploma or equivalent required

Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy/physiology

Experience with electronic health records systems preferred

Physical stamina to assist patients and handle therapy equipment

Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required

Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
