Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the efficient operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This position ensures product accuracy, inventory integrity, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Fulltime, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.

Receive materials using a forklift or manual guidance.

Pick, pack, label, and tag inventory for shipment.

Stack and secure materials on pallets.

Move materials to staging areas or load onto transport vehicles.

Assist with physical inventory counts.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Follow all operational and safety procedures, including use of required safety equipment.

13 years of general warehouse experience; tile/stone industry experience is a plus.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• This position is based in a warehouse setting and involves exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and moderate noise. The role frequently requires the use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment. This is a full-time position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with shifts typically starting early in the morning. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
