Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join a highly respected, physician led dermatology group in the Portland, Oregon metro area. This opportunity is based at PMG Glisan Dermatology, located in NE Portland, and offers an exceptional combination of clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and work life balance.

Flexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days per week) or 1.0 FTE (4 days per week)

Guaranteed base salary of $450,000 annually (pro-rated for 0.75 FTE), plus a highly competitive production bonus paid biweekly and calculated on a rolling four-month wRVU average. Physicians benefit from exceptional earning potential, with many increasing total compensation by 75%+ after ramp-up and top performers exceeding $850K.
