Essential Job Functions
Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
Lift and carry materials and tools using proper equipment
Perform finishing work on poured concrete products
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist with installation of plates, rebar, wire, insulation, anchors, etc.
Tie rebar, grind, buff, and patch concrete products
Remove rough or defective concrete areas and apply repairs
Operate pressure washer and/or sandblasting equipment (as needed)
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all safety policies and incident reporting procedures
Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections (including forklifts, if assigned)
Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Comfortable using hand tools
Concrete finishing experience a plus
Strong teamwork and safety-first mindset
Physical Demands
Ability to lift 35 lbs. or more
Standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout shift
Ability to work in dust and outdoor conditions (heat, wind, rain)
Must safely wear required PPE (hard hat, earplugs, steel-toe boots, etc.)
Work Environment
Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
Requirements: Must pass pre-employment physical and alcohol/drug screening
