```htmlJob Opportunity – Labor and Delivery / Women's Services RN – Tennessee Start Date: July 6, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays
LDRP unit with 9 beds, plus 1 OBED bed, 4-bed Level II NICU, and 1 OR suite
Comprehensive women's services including labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care in one unit
Patient ratios: 1:1 active labors/inductions/C-sections, 1:3 couplet care, 1:3 NICU intermediate care
Meditech and CPN central monitoring with telemedicine capabilities
Joint Commission certified facility with Level II Trauma and Level II NICU designations, Stroke Center
Equipment includes CPN central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, bili-blankets, PCA pumps, and tele-med robot for neonatology support
Active RN license in good standing
Labor and delivery experience including ability to labor and recover mothers, receive and transition newborns, and perform newborn assessments
BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies preferred
Fetal monitoring education and experience with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil) strongly preferred
Experience with C-sections, intrauterine monitoring, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries
