Front Desk Concierge- Flex Schedule

John Rutledge House Inn

Charleston, SC

RESPONSIBILITIES Answer all incoming phone calls and assist the caller with their request or redirect the call.

Collaborate with bell staff and housekeeping to provide a seamless guest experience.

Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Front desk/concierge experience required – luxury boutique hotel experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must have working knowledge of Windows computing and multi-line phone systems.
