We are currently seeking a Experience researcher + designer to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).This UI/Experience Researcher will lead research activities focusing on identifying user pain points, discovering personas, and optimizing the interface journey. The resource is responsible for delivering validated research insights and recommendations that directly inform the design. This resources will also contribute to visual design and lead the user testing activities to validate design.- Plan and execute end-to-end user research studies to validate design hypotheses.'- Deliver comprehensive research reports, journey maps, and user personas.'- Conduct iterative usability testing on low and high-fidelity prototypes to identify friction points'- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure research insights are technically feasible and implemented'- Facilitate interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
