Specimen Accessioner- Entry Level Healthcare Position!

The Specimen Accessioner will be responsible for performing clinical specimen accessioning, sample sorting and data entry in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment according to established standard operating procedures. This is a great entry level opportunity for individuals seeking to enter the clinical laboratory industry!
The schedule for this position will be: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30am-5pm. During training, for the first few months, schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities
Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Resolve and document any problem specimens
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or related work environment preferred
Previous medical or production experience is a plus
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office
Pay Range: $23.69- $28.47 per hour
All job offers will bebased on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.
