Rehabilitation Counselor, Full Time

Residential Counselor (Full-Time)
Sign-on bonus of $1,000.00 payable in two installments: $Assist in planning recreational activities.

Provide counseling to residents to identify and resolve social or other problems.

Answer telephone calls, sort and distribute mail.

Escort individuals on trips outside the establishment for shopping or medical and dental services.

Implement resident rehabilitation plans and record appropriate data.

Record and submit all necessary documentation for billing.

High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience working with adults diagnosed with varying mental health and intellectual disabilities.

Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software.

Ability to work with high‑risk consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities.

Strong desire to provide excellent customer service, comply with rules and regulations, uphold high ethical and professional standards, and continuously improve professional performance.

Hourly rate range of $20.00-$20.50.
