Buyer Purchasing (Remote Position)

Supporting the procurement team in a remote, long-term contract role, the Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement contractor awards, track budgets, and assist in supply chain development for large energy projects.

Key responsibilities

Support the procurement team in ensuring adherence to the project master schedule and managing contractor awards

Collaborate with project managers to track procurement budgets and maintain cost variance reports

Coordinate procurement and technical document reviews, and monitor procurement-related actions across various departments

Required qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, project delivery, or procurement services for large projects, preferably in energy and power generation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field

Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary and matrixed teams

Proficiency in project planning, implementation, and results delivery, including knowledge of project scheduling and budget control

Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Atlassian tools is a plus
