Full-Cycle Recruiter (Remote) Fully Remote – U.Talent Acquisition | Recruiting | Executive Hiring

Total Target Compensation: $73k–90k

3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required. Experience hiring for sales or revenue-generating roles strongly preferred.

caa is looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to help build the next generation of talent across our growing company.

This is not a transactional recruiting role. This is a high-trust, high-visibility opportunity to work directly with leadership while helping shape the teams driving caa forward across sales, events, operations, and executive hiring.

Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer close

Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative outreach

Partner with leadership and hiring managers on hiring strategy and role development

Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments

Track recruiting metrics and identify ways to improve hiring processes

Help support onboarding and hiring coordination as needed

Recruit for sales, operations, and executive-level roles across multiple markets
