Schedule: This role follows a Tuesday through Friday schedule, with four 10-hour workdays (40 hours per week).

Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Active behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: GSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, ADC, AADC, LICSW, or associate-level licensure; High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
