Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Tyler, Texas
Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00). Patient ratio 1:2. Float to ICU, IMC, and Telemetry as needed. Weekend coverage includes approximately half of contract weekends. One pre-approved time off period available.

• Level I Trauma ICU with 16-bed capacity treating critically ill trauma patients
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
• 91-day travel assignment in a dynamic trauma environment
• Orientation provided with onsite module completion during initial training period
• Opportunity to develop advanced critical care skills including ventilator management and ICP monitoring

Requirements:

Active RN license (Texas or Compact license required at time of submission)
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred with 1:2 patient ratio experience
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; PALS and TNCC preferred
Epic charting system experience required
Travel nursing experience preferred; Level I or Level II Trauma experience preferred
Skills required: BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, central line management, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV placement and maintenance
Must not reside in Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris counties
Must complete onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
