Oversee daily service operations, including equipment installations and project coordination

Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in operations or service management

Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience with project management tools and operational systems
