At Five Below our growth is a result of the people who embrace our purpose: Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders

Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones

Taking payment from customers

Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs

Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service

Arrive at office at 8:30am to prepare caf to open

Order coffee supplies and other caf supplies as necessary

Work with the cook on processing customer orders

Assist with supplemental catering orders as necessary

Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages

Build good relationships with customers
