Full-Time Virtual Paralegal

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established California plaintiff-side employment law firm recognized for its work in complex wage and hour class actions. They are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their collaborative legal team. Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of complex employment litigation and class action matters.

Prepare, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.

Prepare Tables of Authorities (TOA) and Tables of Contents (TOC) for court filings.

File legal documents electronically in California state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all court rules and deadlines.

Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and case files.

Coordinate and organize large document productions and discovery.

Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.

Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in California.

Required experience in plaintiff-side employment law, including wage and hour and class action litigation.

Demonstrated experience preparing Tables of Authorities (TOA) and Tables of Contents (TOC).

Experience handling high-volume litigation matters with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and litigation document management software.

Preferred Experience California Labor Code and Wage & Hour litigation

Large-scale discovery and document management

Case management systems such as Relativity, Everlaw, NetDocuments, iManage, or similar platforms

Hybrid work schedule with flexibility (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
