LIVunLtd is on the search for a part-time Conference Center Concierge to join our growing team! As the Conference Center Concierge you will work alongside the General Manager at one of our luxury commercial buildings to assist in overseeing the concierge services the clients and guest receive. The Conference Center Concierge is resourceful, innovative, and a tastemaker with a positive spirit that requires polish and a passion for delivering a five-star client experience.
Liaison Support: Act as the bridge between the event planner, culinary teams, AV technicians, and vendors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, restaurants, and preferred vendors.
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day facility operations, including daily upkeep of amenity facilities.
Facility Management: Inspect and audit spaces for proper room setup, equipment functionality, and climate control.
Maintain effective communication with General Manager, clients/guests, supervisors, building management and ownership in order to keep them apprised of club operational needs, happenings, and occurrences.
Greet attendees, handle registration, direct guests, and address ad-hoc last-minute requests.
Local Recommendations: Advise participants on nearby dining, entertainment, and transportation.
In-depth knowledge of local businesses and entertainment venues.
Flexibility to work days, nights or weekends.
