Job Description Experienced Member Services Representative
We’re looking for an experienced Member Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide friendly, knowledgeable service while assisting members with a variety of account and financial service needs.
Assist members with opening, maintaining, and servicing deposit accounts.
Process and troubleshoot debit and credit card transactions, applications, disputes, and related account needs.
Process and maintain safe deposit box accounts, including rentals, access, and related documentation.
Assist with IRA accounts, including opening, servicing, contributions, distributions, and required documentation.
Answer member questions and resolve account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to educate members about products and services that may meet their financial needs.
Maintain accurate records and protect confidential member information.
Previous banking or credit union member service experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
Knowledge of deposit accounts, card services, safe deposit boxes, and IRAs is a plus.
