PART-TIME LCSW/Counselor

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC/LCSW) – Flexible Schedule, Supportive Private Practice
Pay: $60-70 per billable hour

Are you a compassionate, skilled Counselor looking to grow your caseload in a supportive and flexible private practice setting? Whether you're looking to add a few hours to your week or build toward a full-time caseload, we provide the structure, referrals, and support to help you thrive.

Provide individual and couples therapy in a welcoming, calm, and modern office setting (or virtually if requested).
Develop personalized treatment plans and document sessions using our user-friendly EHR system.
Maintain a Psychology Today profile (we'll guide you if needed).

Current Illinois LCPC/LCSW license (Required)
Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
Experience working with children, teens, adults, or couples is a plus
Private practice experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to support our clinicians!

60-70/hour flat rate for all billable sessions
