Movement Search & Delivery
Movement Search and Delivery is working with a manufacturing company in Akron, Ohio area to identify and evaluate a Quality Engineer for 2nd shift (1pm - 9pm). As our Quality Engineer, you'll own the systems that make sure every part leaving our floor is right the first time. You'll have real influence on how we build, measure, and improve, and your work will be visible to customers and leadership alike.
Build and run the quality processes that keep us ahead of customer requirements and industry regulations
Design inspection and testing methods that catch issues before they become problems
Run statistical process studies that turn data into decisions
Be the go-to quality resource for internal teams and external customers
Perform inspections and jump in hands-on when needed
Partner with the Quality Supervisor and Manager to strengthen and maintain our Quality Systems
Take on special projects for senior leadership, with plenty of room to make your mark
Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
Working knowledge of IATF/ISO quality systems
Proficiency in Minitab, GageTrak, and MS Office
