Trail Drive Management Corp. (The arena is owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit operating entity, Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC). The state-of-the-art arena will host concerts, sporting events, and is the new home to Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.
Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Bartender. This position is responsible for taking and preparing drinks for guests and delivering exceptional service to bar patrons.
Set up, maintain, and break down the bar at every event, ensuring proper cleaning standards are met.

• Understand and maintain proper sanitation and food safety.
• Help maintain and ensure excellent customer service.
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments.
• Help maintain and ensure excellent customer service.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a bartending role working in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.

Employees may be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.
Employees may be exposed to sharp objects, machines with moving parts, and heat from machinery
Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
