Salary: $26.00 - $31.20 hourly

Shift: Day (12‑hour, 6‑6)

Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurse with Immanuel Living works in a collaborative environment with health care professionals to provide care to residents and their families.

Responsibilities Follow physicians’ orders, treatments, and resident service plan approaches.

Carry out duties assigned by the Director of Nursing or Unit Resident Care Manager.

Administer medications and treatments.

Complete medical and behavioral observations as required.

Coordinate with all team members to meet residents’ needs and assist other staff as needed.

Work independently, prioritize duties, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and problem‑solve.

Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the State of Montana.

Completion of 24 continuing education credits within a 2‑year licensure period, as required by the State of Montana.

Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, State and Federal guidelines for long‑term care.

Comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and practice.

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time/deadline pressures.

Physical Requirements Frequent sitting; use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; stooping, kneeling, bending, squatting, crouching, or crawling; talking and hearing.

Frequently lift up to 10 lbs; rarely lift up to 20 or 40 lbs.

Occasionally reach above shoulder height; frequently reach from chest to shoulder and below waist level.

Occasionally carry up to 12 lbs; rarely carry up to 25 lbs.

Frequently push/pull up to 20 lbs; rarely push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
