Manager Organizational Design & Engagement

The Manager of Engagement Programs leads a team responsible for the strategy, management, activation, and continuous improvement of organization-wide associate engagement programs. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engagement Program Leads, setting priorities and fostering high performance aligned to organizational and People & Impact department priorities.

Guide the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of associate programs.

Identify and mitigate program risks while escalating key decisions or challenges as appropriate.

Drive program awareness, adoption, and utilization through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and associates by providing guidance, coaching, and support related to engagement initiatives.

Lead change management efforts that support successful adoption of programs, processes, and organizational initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Studies, Communications, or another relevant field

Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree

3 years of experience leading people or successful cross functional or single function, multidisciplinary projects

Experience developing communications, training, and adoption strategies for enterprise programs.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure program effectiveness, and recommend actions.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.

Office Environment

Travel (10%)

Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
