Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests across diverse areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, following established protocols.
Analyze test results to ensure precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
Document all processes accurately, train fellow staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab standards.
Promote a safe, clean work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for seamless collaboration within healthcare teams.
