Job Description: BetterBrain is pioneering a new model of preventive neurology combining advanced diagnostics, a science‑backed protocol, and human coaching to help people prevent dementia, think better, and feel better. Our mission is personal: every teammate either carries APOE4 or has watched loved ones struggle with the disease.

You’ll coach at the frontier of brain health. Work with cutting‑edge tools, including 50+ brain‑relevant blood biomarkers, cognitive assessments, and an actionable results dashboard – not just food logs.

A growing body of evidence shows nearly half of dementia cases are preventable when modifiable risks are addressed; multi‑domain programs improve cognitive performance in the near term, too.

You’ll shape an emerging field. We’re a remote‑first, mission‑driven startup with expert advisors and a product that’s evolving fast. Coach 1:1 (virtual) to help clients implement multi‑domain, evidence‑based protocols across nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, supplements, and more.

Synthesize data (blood biomarkers, cognitive assessments, health history) to personalize protocols and track progress over time.

Working with highly motivated clients and turning complex preventive‑neurology science into simple, high‑leverage actions clients can stick with.

Co‑build our platform. Share insights from the front lines to improve tools, content, and client experience.

Live and breathe longevity and brain health science (beyond nutrition alone).

Love translating data into action and building trusting, motivating relationships.

Are comfortable with telehealth, digital tools, and fast, iterative teamwork.
