Join our caring community as a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant In this role, you will
Deliver therapy services under supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, following the patient's Plan of Treatment
Train patients and families in daily living skills such as dressing, feeding, grooming, and hygiene
Document patient progress and report observations in clinical records
Participate in care coordination and discharge planning, serving as a resource for healthcare team members
Qualifications And Skills You must hold a current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina, possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and maintain CPR certification. Home health experience is preferred.
Additional Information The role involves patient-facing duties, requiring compliance with driver safety and TB screening programs. Compensation is based on visits and units, with a yearly pay range of $64,000 - $87,500. Benefits include paid time off, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
