Front Desk Agent
Be part of a legacy of exceptional service and join our dedicated team at Fairmont Olympic Hotel as a Front Desk Agent! As our Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. 25.61 per hour

- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Perform other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, providing support to the Concierge and Royal Service departments
Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferred
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required)
