Associate Attorney - Compliance

Job Description
An established law firm is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and client communication skills, with an interest in handling a diverse range of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, contracts, discovery, briefs, and correspondence.
Assist with depositions, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
Manage case files and maintain accurate legal documentation.
Communicate with clients and explain legal options clearly and professionally.
Conduct statutory and procedural research and ensure compliance with court rules.
Support attorneys with case strategy, litigation, and courtroom preparation.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of diverse practice areas, including litigation, family, employment, immigration, personal injury, estate planning, and related fields .
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of litigation and court procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with legal research databases and case management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
Work Location: In person
