The Parts Counter Person at Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth, Georgia, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance in the parts department. Assist the service department and all external customers in locating and ordering parts

Provide accurate and timely information regarding parts availability

Process and track parts orders

Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper storage of parts

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues

Ford parts experience in a parts counter role is required.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories

CDK or other dealership DMS experience is required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficient computer skills and ability to use inventory management software

Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
