The Garland Hotel in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a Cook II to join its Culinary team. You will produce menu items on stations including grill, sauté, and oven, ensuring timely execution while upholding the kitchen’s cleanliness, sanitation, and standards set by the Executive Chef.
This is a full-time, on-site position in the Food and Beverage division. You will read recipes, memorize production specifications, and manage your station with minimal supervision.
