Corporate Law Senior Attorney
BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a senior‑level attorney to join its corporate/transactional law group in Cedar Rapids, IA. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a strong academic background to the team.
Duties
Provide expert legal advice on corporate and transactional matters.
Draft and review complex legal documents and contracts.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal solutions.
Lead negotiations and manage transactional processes.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate/transactional law.
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Ability to obtain admission in the State of Iowa promptly.
Education
J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
Certifications
Active attorney license.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
