Your role includes maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of your work area, ensuring proper food storage, and assisting with the production of food and beverage items. You will work closely with Cook 2 and Cook 3 team members to support kitchen operations and adhere to quality standards. This entry-level position requires a willingness to learn and adapt while performing foundational cooking tasks and supporting the team in delivering consistent food quality and presentation./ppReporting Structure/pp Reports to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Executive Chef/pulliSet-up, execute daily prep tasks, and organize your workstation efficiently./liliPrepare and store all food items required for your station, adhering to Inviteds standards./liliReceive and store goods purchased by kitchen as requested./liliMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of your work area and the kitchen, including equipment, counters, tools, waste areas, etc./liliCommunicate with the Executive Chef or Sous Chef regarding special product needs or issues with food quality or presentation./liliAddress and resolve member and guest complaints professionally notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./li/ululliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliA minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment./liliValid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations./li/ululliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./liliPots, pans, and other food storage containers (5 - 50 lbs.)/Additional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./While not all roles at Invited are full-time, those full-time team members have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:/pulliMedical, dental, and vision coverage/liliLife insurance/liliShort-term and long-term disability insurance/lili401(k) retirement savings plan/liliGenerous paid time off and leave programs (time off as required by applicable law is also provided for part time team members)/li/ulpWant to learn more?
